Ryme Worldwide received this Tuesday, the group of students from the University of Burgos, who have been responsible for planning and developing a immersive 3D experience to be used using virtual reality (VR) glasses. This experience covers the complete process of a technical inspection of both light and heavy vehicles, in the Universal Mobile Unit from Ryme Worldwide, a team designed to perform a technical inspection anywhere, anytime.
A professional challenge
In 2023, we already enlisted the support of the University of Burgos to carry out a similar project. With the help of the instructors, we jointly conducted an experience with a lightweight inspection line to offer our customers a different and interactive approach to our product.
On this occasion, the group formed by students of the degrees in Audiovisual Communication and Video Game Design, have been able to carry out, in 3 months, a product that rivals any produced by a professional audiovisual agency. In this experience, we can see everything from the transport of the Unit's container by trailer, to the operation of the hydraulic unit to place it on the ground, the deployment of the ramps and pop-up roof, and finally its full operation after passing all the necessary technical tests to verify the proper functioning of the vehicle and its components.
Ryme Worldwide and the University of Burgos, for a new teaching method
At Ryme Worldwide, we are committed to a teaching model that fosters real opportunities, with real companies. We believe that students' interaction with a professional environment contributes positively to their academic and personal development, gradually shaping the professionals of tomorrow.
Next stop, Autopromotec 2025
This 3D experience becomes our main attraction at all the trade shows we attend, making our virtual reality headsets available to all those who visit us at our international events. The next stop on the Universal Mobile Unit experience is Autopromotec, from the 21st to the 25th at the Bologna Trade Faire Center. Stop by the Hall 19, stand B46 and try this transversal project that bets on an education committed to the development of students.
