ASM 2WD acceleration simulation emissions bench
The ASM emission test bench for 2WD vehicles can prevent, locate and investigate possible ignition and injection problems, as well as improve fuel consumption. and measurement of the vehicle's gaseous emissions under load.
During emission tests, power absorption in accordance with the ASM standard is achieved by means of an air-cooled electric brake. It consists of a steel monocoque frame housing four 350 mm rollers. The front rollers are coated with tungsten carbide to improve vehicle grip and prevent roller wear.
It includes an electric brake with high energy absorption. In addition, to facilitate access and exit of the vehicle, it has a pneumatically operated locking lifting mechanism.
